Recognized as a National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Contractor of the Year (CotY) award-winner.

This entire home, originally an outdated 1970's raised ranch, has been completely transformed. Remodeling was completed on the interior and exterior. Additions were built to increase the home's size and to improve its aesthetic appeal.  The home had a screen porch and a carport, which due to Wisconsin weather, became a hindrance for the clients as they aged. This sunroom solved maintenance issues while still allowing for views of the adjacent wetland. The final result of this home remodel is a one-of-a-kind home that has gone from dated to timeless. The exterior of the home no longer tells you that it was built in the 1970s. This sunroom is an example of a timeless design solution that will remain contemporary for years to come.

Sunroom Remodel

In high contrast to this fixer-upper 1970's home, these homeowners were surrounded by gorgeous wetland views. Our design focus was to make these views visible from as many rooms as possible. The interior of the sunroom is designed to provide amazing views of the outdoors. View the kitchen remodeling project page and images.

A Sunroom Filled With Natural Light

Sixteen-foot wide Anderson windows and patio doors with transom windows bring in natural light. The room is protected from excessive heat due to the oversized cantilevered overhang of the upward sloping roof. A window at the end of the room provides additional views as the sun makes its way around the west. View the project page and images of this 1970's whole house remodel.
