While expecting another child, Steve and Lana contacted us to start designing a finished basement. They needed another bedroom so that their teenage daughter would have her own spot and the new baby would be able to take over a main level bedroom. Besides that, the spacious unfinished basement had large windows and a ton of potential. With a growing family, they needed a real family room, and Steve really desired a bar to be able to entertain his friends.
Mary has owned her condo since it was new in the 1980s. Having done some updates to various areas over the years, her upstairs bathroom was the next in line. Aging in place, Mary wanted to convert from a bathtub to a shower in order to make her daily life easier. Furthermore, the cabinet layout left much to be desired and she wanted something more functional and more beautiful. After finding us online and doing her research, Mary decided we were the right company to do the job.
Millennial professionals Eric and Katy and their young family found their dream home out in the country. Located in a rural valley between Mt Horeb and Verona, Wisconsin, their home features a fantastic location, plenty of space, and a beautifully wooded yard the entire family loves!
Our clients dreamed of a waterpark-like family retreat at their home. A space where everyone could gather, have fun, and hang out for all sorts of recreation. They provided us with a specific list of goals for their new addition. These included an indoor pool, a six-person spa, an infrared sauna, and a dedicated changing room. They also wanted to include a family entertainment area where they could all hang out to watch football and basketball games on the TV and enjoy snacks and drinks. The homeowners also requested that the space incorporate big windows to let in plenty of natural light, as well as operable skylights.

Check out this relaxing bathroom suite! It's been removed from the 1980's and is now the serene retreat the clients wished for. Complete with a floating vanity, freestanding soaking tub, and a two-person dual-head walk-in shower, this bathroom has it all.
We transformed this open porch into a 3 season room, while adding the perfectly sized patio. This 3-season room is very open and breezy in the summer, and the windows close to keep you comfortable in the spring and fall. It's the perfect way to enjoy an evening, with a campfire and s'mores or jump into the hot tub for a relaxing soak.
This 1950's home was closed off, disjointed, and had a pretty bad 1970's kitchen and family room remodeling. With some creativity, planning, and structure, we were able to create an open floor plan fit for the modern era! There's a great path from the front door to the kitchen and living area. This is the story of transforming a home. An dark and outdated Tuscan style kitchen turned bright and cheerful! The master bathroom got the shower it deserved, along with a freestanding acrylic tub. And as a bonus, the basement was transformed into a functional lower level family room for everyone to enjoy the TV, bar, or pool table.
