This kitchen remodeling was awarded Honorable Mention in the 2014 NARI Madison CotY Awards.

The floor plan of this ordinary 1990's kitchen was claustrophobic and difficult to navigate. The homeowners requested a new kitchen design that would make life with their two children less complicated. They also desired an open concept layout that would make entertaining easier. The design team at Degnan Design-Build-Remodel was able to expand into an unused dining room that shared a kitchen wall. This required moving the heat runs and plumbing lines that were located in the bearing wall.

Shaker Style Kitchen Cabinets

This kitchen renovation provided the homeowner's additional storage, better lighting, a chef’s kitchen with a six burner range, a large granite kitchen island  with a book case and an open floor plan layout for entertaining.

We were very satisfied with the quality of the final outcome. Degnan has been extremely responsive and quick to address minor issues since completion and it’s obvious they stand behind their work. The contractors they used were professional, polite and courteous as if they were their own employees. We would definitely use Degnan for future remodel or construction projects.
