A Sun Prairie, Wis. Home Addition And Master Bathroom Suite
Our clients, John and Lynn have engaged our firm for many years. They have been remodeling their 1990’s in stages since 2002. Over the years Degnan Design-Build-Remodel has helped them finish their basement, remodel their kitchen, build a three-season room and deck, and repair water leakage. This year’s renovations included the entire second floor, a master bathroom suite addition, and the exterior of the home.

A Conceptual Drawing Becomes A Master Bathroom Suite Addition
Following the completion of a kitchen remodel a few years prior, Lynn has been dreaming about remodeling her small bath into a master bathroom suite. At the time, our production manager presented an interesting idea. He suggested enlarging the space with a modest addition to create a larger master bathroom. The concept was to extend the bathroom suite over the home’s front porch. During this brainstorming session, a napkin sketch was drawn to illustrate what the addition might look like. A few years later, John and Lynn called us to get started. When the call came in the project was larger. Our clients requested a remodel of the entire second floor the home, as well as building the much-desired master bathroom suite with a new 6 ft by 14 ft addition.
