We had the privilege of building this Sun Prairie, Wisconsin home in 2015, and have since been called back to complete the patio. Our homeowners wanted an outdoor living space that would feel luxurious and also accommodate their large family of ten. As a result, this outdoor living space was created for several different purposes. One unique feature is that the master bathroom of the house has a door leading directly to the outdoor patio. A privacy fence was built to shield this area from the neighbors home and to create a partially shaded sitting area for the clients to enjoy after using the outdoor hot tub.

Luxury Patio with Fire Pit, Hot Tub and Built-in Kitchen

The main patio area is large enough to allow patio furniture and a dining area adjacent to the built-in grill. The grilling station has a poured concrete countertop large enough for bar seating and a stone masonry pedestal. A stairway was built to provide comfortable and easy access to the hot tub. Hot Tub Ramada

A custom built ramada provides shade in the summer, shelter from rain, and also minimizes the amount of snow that will need to be removed from the hot tub cover during winter months allowing it to remain usable at all times of year.
